What happens when I add new products in my POS?
New products appear on your store automatically — usually within seconds. This also applies to price updates, stock level changes, product descriptions, and images.
Can I use my own custom domain (like myshop.com)?
Yes. On the Starter plan you get a yourname.mywebsite.pk domain, and you can easily connect any custom .com or .pk domain you own.
Where do online orders go? Does my team need a separate system?
No separate system. Every online order appears directly in your POS dashboard — the same place you manage in-store sales. Inventory is automatically deducted when an order comes in.
What payment methods are available for my customers?
Customers can pay by cash on delivery or direct bank transfer. Online payment gateways are not available yet; they are planned for a future update.
